Email & Phone Policy

All phone calls, emails, and messages received through Practice Better will be responded to Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm central time. It may take up to 24-72 hours to receive a response during the week. Any phone calls or emails received over the weekend will be responded to beginning Monday morning.

As part of your initial consultation fee, I offer a 15 minute phone call, if necessary, within 2 weeks of your initial appointment to field any questions you may have concerning your herbal assessment and protocol. Note that this is not considered a follow-up appointment, and no new details of your case will be discussed. This call is intended to clarify and support you in taking the first steps related to the protocol I've provided related to your initial consultation.

Beyond the 15 minutes offered above, I may ask that you book an additional appointment with me to discuss any further questions.

For current clients, I recommend using Practice Better's secure messaging system for quick questions regarding our herbal consultation work together. This ensures that our communications related to our work together are kept in one secure space. Once you become a client I exclusively use Practice Better's secure messaging system to communicate with you about protocol updates, invite you to book sessions, and to pay invoices. You can access Practice Better's secure messaging system through your client portal.

If you are having an emergency, stop use of all herbs and supplements, and head to your nearest Urgent Care facility.
