Items will be shipped in 1-3 business days from when they are ordered via UPS based on weight. Please keep in mind that certain products are bottled and packaged to order.
For questions on orders that have already been shipped, please refer to your UPS tracking number. Once we hand off the package, it enters the domain of UPS, and the order is no longer in our care or control. Let us know if you have any concerns about late or lost packages. Even though packages that have already been shipped are beyond our control, we still like to be aware of delays. Ultimately, delivery issues must be taken up, and resolved with UPS. If an order has been shipped, has not been delivered, and the tracking has not been updated for one week, we will initiate a claim with UPS.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
