Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted. We will, however, replace items that are damaged.
If a product is not up to your expectations, please send us an email and we will do our best to work it out. We will be happy to offer store credit (of the product cost) towards another purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
