Seriously the best thing I have used for allergies. I found these at a farmers market and have used it everyday since. Prior to using this my allergies were much more noticeable and congested. Since I’ve started this, I haven’t noticed any of that. I even bought it for my dad
I tried these bitters out ahead of allergy season on a recommendation from Alex. I was skeptical at first, but when allergy season hit, I kept taking the bitters and never had to take any allergy medicine! My sinuses staid clear, and I could breathe easy! I also enjoyed the slightly sweet taste and took it straight up without water.
I love these bitters! I’ve taken them on their own and in sparkling water, and it’s great both ways. They do help me feel less congested and more clear, and bring a little green spring feel to such a harsh winter.
