Bring water to slow boil (208°F). Remove from heat, rest, and pour over herbs.

Infusion: 5-8g (1-2 tbsp.) of tea per 8oz of hot water.

Steep covered for 10+ minutes for desired strength. Strain and drink. Resteep as long as the flavor holds!

Solar Infusion / Cold Infusion: 25g (1/4 cup) of tea per 32oz of room temperature water.

Steep for at least 8 hours either directly in the sun or on your countertop. Strain well, pressing as much water out of the herb as possible, and drink! Refrigerate any remaining infusion for up to 2 days.

Compost the remaining herbal material.
