Ingredients

Cool Wave is a fruity and floral blend of calming flowers and herbs. Soothing to the muscles and nerves and a great after-work drink to help you unwind and initiate your body into a more playful and creative flow.

This blend is also great as a cold brew, especially during summer months, or deep in winter when you need a brief reminder of sunnier days.

Vibe: calming, bright, floral

50g / 1.8oz pouch
Bring water to slow boil (208°F). Remove from heat, rest, and pour over herbs.

Infusion: 5-8g (1-2 tbsp.) of tea per 8oz of hot water.

Steep covered for 10+ minutes for desired strength. Strain and drink. Resteep as long as the flavor holds!

Solar Infusion / Cold Infusion: 25g (1/4 cup) of tea per 32oz of room temperature water.

Steep for at least 8 hours either directly in the sun or on your countertop. Strain well, pressing as much water out of the herb as possible, and drink! Refrigerate any remaining infusion for up to 2 days.

Compost the remaining herbal material.
