Decoction:
Combine 1/4 cup of blend with 32oz water in a pot.
Bring water to a boil and let slowly simmer for 30+ minutes.
Broth Recipe:
Combine in a pot and bring to low simmer for 4-8 (or more) hours, skimming any fat off the surface.
Compost the remaining herbal material.
